  • How long does it take for production and delivery?

    Our standard production timeline is approximately 2–4 weeks after finalizing designs; however, this may vary based on order volume and complexity. We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times without compromising quality—ensuring timely delivery for our clients' needs.

  • What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    HEYYOUNG offers flexible minimum order quantities depending on the product type. For custom orders, we typically have an MOQ ranging from 10 pieces per design; however, we are also equipped to handle larger orders seamlessly if your needs require it.

  • Can I order custom designs for my team or brand?

    Yes! Customization is one of our core strengths as a leading sportswear supplier. Clients can provide specific designs or work with our design team to create unique apparel tailored to their team's branding requirements. We offer various options including color choices, logos placement, and size specifications.

  • What types of materials do you use for your sportswear?

    HEYYOUNG sportswear supplier utilizes high-performance fabrics such as polyester blends, spandex, and moisture-wicking materials designed specifically for athletic wear. These materials offer breathability, stretchability, and durability—ensuring comfort during intense physical activities while maintaining vibrant colors through sublimation printing techniques.

    1) What products do you do?
    We produce and sell all kinds of high quality sportswear and sublimated garments, including American football, baseball, ice hockey, basketball,
    rugby, wrestling, rash gaurds,     Compression, MMA Shorts, hoodies, sweatpant, t-shirts and polo shirts
     
    2) What services do you provide?
    we do provide customized services--OEM & ODM to our clients, so we can serve you well no matter you are a school, club, start-up retailer or a brand buyer.
     
    3) What's your MOQ ?
    Our MOQ is 10pcs for sublimation products.
     
    4) What kind of artwork files do you accept?
    We need the vector formats--PDF、EPS、AI or high resolution image formats PS、 JPG、 JPEG、 PNG.
     
    5) What's the production time?
    5-7 days for the samples. 15-17 days for the bulk orders.
     
    6) What's the delivery time?
    3-5 days by DHL, UPS or FedEx for the orders.
     
    7) Can the samples be free?
    No problem. It can be refundable when the orders placed.
     
    8) Is there a discount for the long time cooperation?
    Yes, of course. We will give the discount of the price for the long-term cooperation clients. If the clients give bigger order at once, we will also give the best price to them.
     
    9) What's about the production process?
    We will confirm the production prociess from the first step with you. We will confirm the size chart, design, printing test ( colors), final product pictures, packing with you.
     
    10) What's about the return policy?
    We will remake it once you show us the quality problem pictures.
